LEARN MORE ABOUT THE CREATION HEALTH LIFESTYLE AT FREE, UPCOMING SERIES

SAN MARCOS, TXThe Central Texas Medical Center (CTMC) Institute for Healthy Living will soon educate the community about the 8 wellness principles that have been proven to increase longevity and quality of life.

A free, 9-week-long CREATION Health series will kick off on Thursday, Aug. 29 and take place every consecutive Thursday, concluding on Oct. 24. The classes will run from 7 to 8 p.m. at the San Marcos Seventh-day Adventist Church, located at 1523 Ranch Road 12.

“It is our hope that by educating people about these 8 science-based wellness principles, that they will put the concepts into action and start living the balanced life that God intended for them,” says Chad Carlton, pastor of the Seventh-day Adventist church in San Marcos.
The first class in the series will provide an introduction to the CREATION Health lifestyle, and the remaining weeks will give an in-depth lesson about each of the guiding principles. The sessions are interactive, and audience participation is encouraged. Healthy refreshments will also be provided.

“We look forward to presenting this CREATION Health workshop to anyone who wants to live life to the fullest,” said CTMC Administrative Director of PR/Marketing Clay DeStefano. “Together, these 8 concepts have already helped people in many parts of the world to achieve whole person wellness and live to a healthy 100 and beyond.”
