About Live Oak Health Partners

Live Oak Health Partners (LOHP) was formed January 1, 2012 by the joining of two existing medical practices in San Marcos:  Central Texas Medical Associates and Specialty Physicians of Central Texas.  It is the first locally operated multi-specialty group in Hays County. Our 19 Primary Care and Specialty Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practioner provide high-quality coordinated medical care to the citizens of Hays County and the surrounding communities. LOHP has four offices – 2 locations in San Marcos, one in Kyle and another in Wimberley – with plans to expand to other locations in San Marcos and in Lockhart in 2013.  For more information, visit our website or see our Facebook page. To schedule an appointment, call 512-396-3911 for Primary Care or 512-353-6400 for Specialty Care.
