BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Sauté and Sip is a fun, hands-on, plant-based cooking class where you'll learn basic knife skills, different cooking techniques for whole foods and veggies, health benefits of ingredients used that day, and more.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted
- You'll work in groups of 3
- Classes are limited to 12 students
- All classes are BYOB unless otherwise noted
- You'll be standing, cooking and working for most of the class so please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- At the end of the cooking portion, you'll have a chance to plate and take pictures as well as enjoy a generous taste of every dish.
